Units are well-appointed and the neighbourhood is growing into its identity, and new amenities and green space are following the housing.
If you value a new unit with quality finishes and don't mind driving for errands, yes. Amenities are catching up: new plazas, schools, and parks are coming in. Rents are higher because the building stock is new, but the condition of the units reflects that.
